I purchased the eBook and it is Amazing! Very detailed. My macarons came out with great feet, hollow free, oh and it was most definitely tasty.
Macarons are lovely reminders of my 9 years living in France. However, they can be very finicky in my kitchen. I had attempted making several times, yet the baking phase was my demise. I had lowered temp, rearranged racks, changed silicon baking pads and still no progress. I’d watched several You Tubes, have a very nice macaron cookbook read cover to cover and although my consistency looked correct and my measurements were spot on, something was a miss. I’m a long time baker and I wanted to succeed. I researched and happily found Pastreez. I noticed their ebook and decided to purchase. In the book, I found a 2 second baking tip that was my missing link and thrilled to say after trying this, that my macarons actually turned out beautifully. I have since made two more batches and they have been lovely as well. I’ve had to adjust my oven heat (propane) down 5º and I hang out in my kitchen during the baking process yet no problem. This ebook has been my macaron saver. I’m using their recipe and their professional tips of the trade and the fact that my macarons are macarons is thrilling. Two words describe my happiness...Worth it!
