Why we started

Pastreez™

Early 2017, Yami and I left everything behind in Paris (France) and landed in Los Angeles with just two suitcases and one dream: Deliver real macarons to your door.

From a tiny Airbnb kitchen, we started handcrafting macarons for local farmers markets. Within a few months, we were shipping fresh macarons nationwide.

Two million macarons sold later, we make the “most authentic macarons in the US” according to Le Cordon Bleu Paris.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely 👍 Click "create my box" on this page, and follow the steps. You will be able to select macarons from our seasonal menu. It is $3 extra.

We can also print anything you’d like on it: a photo, logo, or custom text! This is $.75 extra per macaron.

Each macaron is handcrafted by Yami & Anthony, French chefs trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, now based in Phelan, California.

Every order is baked fresh—never frozen—just before shipping.
