Our French chefs actually lived on the Indian ocean Reunion island for two years. It is where you find the finest Bourbon Vanilla beans thanks to the neighbor island Madagascar. When genuine vanilla meets a creamy ganache, the result is exquisite.

Last but not least, this category lists our newly line of flower macarons. Taste is usually lighter than usual macarons. We use flower extract to make the ganache instead of fruit purée for example, which means less sugar feel.
