We are Yami & Anthony, French Chefs from Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
Macarons are part of French history. After years of experience, we found the balance between tradition and innovation, revisiting the formula with a brand new angle. The idea behind Pastreez was born.
2. Launch
We left everything in France to build our Online Macarons Store in the US.
Based in California since 2017, we partnered with local farmers to provide fresh macarons Nationwide. Our products are handmade, Gluten free and dairy free.

Pastreez has found success as a fine Macarons brand, with loyal customers from every corner of the United States.
